We have been negotiating extensively with our bank to offer favorable mortgages to any potential purchaser at Manchester Gardens. Rockville Bank currently has offered the following loan programs: Good Credit Applicant 5% down payment at the prevailing rate Marginal Credit Applicant 20% down payment at the prevailing rate In order to qualify for any of these programs, an applicant must specify to any Rockville Bank loan originator that the mortgage is for a property at Manchester Gardens.
