Most full service realty companies are not experienced with the complexities that encompass common ownership. In addition, the industry typically overlooks the condominium market and devotes the majority of their effort to servicing single family homes.

We offer real estate brokerage services through our company Realty One LLC. We can help you through the complex process of buying or selling a condominium. Property management services are provided through our company Condo Realty LLC. Condo Realty LLC is a licensed Community Association Management company in Connecticut. We have been operating for over 10 years providing our clients with outstanding management services. We specialize in the management of residential and commercial condominium associations.
