Complaint: It seems that our agent does not advertise our condo very often. When she does, there is no picture. - only a small written description on the bottom of the ad.

We've all seen it! Big pictures of houses... little descriptions of condos. Most companies choose not to devote significant resources to their condo listings.

Complaint: Our agent advertised our property on the internet. I don't think anyone can find it! When we did see it, they didn't provide association information, room sizes or directions. 

Most companies promise internet advertising. Unfortunately, the exposure to most of the regional companies sites is very minimal. Out of the millions of internet sites available, it is rare that a purchaser will stumble upon your ad.

Multiple Listing Service:

Complaint: Our agent has not submitted pictures to the real estate multiple listing service. Because of this, there is no picture on the internet or in the local agent MLS!  They submit pictures for their single family homes... Why not condos?

The local computer network that the agents use (MLS) does not require the submission of pictures for condos! Therefore, most companies do not make the effort to submit them.  

Solution: Condo Realty submits pictures for maximum exposure. We go beyond what is expected to sell your condo! We do not change our advertising procedures based on the amount of potential commission.

Many agents submit your property to MLS, run a couple of ads, and forget it. This poor strategy results in failure!
